Part of our homeschool curriculum this year is allowing our kids to work
at a local Farmers Market. They grow plants (although not over
successful in this endeavor) and dog/cat treat that they are more
successful at. This week they had a special guest vendor, 3 Girls
Cupcakes. My youngest is pictured above eating the blueberry crumble
cupcake. He loved it and made an absolute mess! |
This is our set up. My oldest son is behind the table selling his wares. I made the labels using the Framelits Dies and Twiterpated paper. In the middle of the table is the sign of their "store". They have learned to make change subtract cost and profits and estimate demand. So far so good!
